Terms of service

These terms apply to every order placed on biscuitprint.com. By paying for an order you accept them. Please read them before you pay; the points that matter most for a made-to-order product are in sections 5 and 6.

1. Who we are

The service is operated by Biscuit Systems, MB, company code 306824273, Laisvės al. 110, LT-44253 Kaunas, Lithuania. You can reach us at [email protected]. We refer to ourselves as “we” and to you as “you” or “the customer”.

2. What we sell

We produce physical parts by 3D printing (fused filament fabrication) from the digital model files you upload, using the material, colour, layer height, strength setting and quantity you choose. Every part is made for you after you order; we hold no stock.

The price shown before payment is the full price of the parts, including the setup fee per part. Delivery is priced separately and shown before payment. Prices are in euro. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, prices are shown without VAT because we are not VAT-registered.

3. Ordering and the contract

The price shown on the quote page is calculated by preparing your file for printing with the same settings we print with. It is valid for the period shown next to the quote.

You place an order by completing checkout and paying through our payment provider. We confirm the order by email with a private link to your order page. The contract between us is concluded when we send that confirmation.

If we find after payment that a part cannot be produced to acceptable quality, for example because the file is damaged or the geometry cannot be printed, we will tell you by email and refund the affected part in full, or the whole order if you prefer.

4. Your files and what we refuse

You keep all rights to the files you upload. You confirm that you have the right to have them printed and that doing so does not infringe anyone else's intellectual property or other rights. You are responsible for the content of your files.

We use your files only to produce your order. We do not publish them, show them to other customers or use them for anything else. See the privacy policy for how long we keep them.

We refuse to print firearm parts and accessories, parts of other weapons, items whose production or possession is illegal in Lithuania, and anything we consider unsafe or offensive. If we refuse an order after payment, we refund it in full.

5. Production and delivery

Before you pay we show an estimated dispatch date. It is an estimate based on current workload, not a guaranteed date. We will tell you by email if we expect a delay of more than three working days.

We deliver to the Omniva parcel locker you choose at checkout, anywhere in Lithuania. When the parcel is in the locker, Omniva sends a pickup code to the phone number you gave us. Please collect the parcel within the period Omniva allows; otherwise it is returned to us and we will contact you about re-sending it, which may cost extra.

Parts become your property and pass into your care when you collect them from the locker.

6. Right of withdrawal

Our parts are made to your specification from your own files. Under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU and Article 6.228¹⁰ of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the 14-day right of withdrawal that normally applies to distance sales does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. You agree to this at checkout before you pay.

You may still cancel an order free of charge at any time before we start production by emailing us with your order number. We refund the full amount within 14 days.

7. Quality, defects and your statutory rights

3D-printed parts have visible layer lines, and parts that needed support structures show small marks where the supports were removed. Dimensions follow your file; small deviations inherent to the process are normal. These characteristics are not defects.

If a part is broken, incomplete, printed in the wrong material or colour, or clearly different from what you ordered, tell us within 14 days of collecting it, with photos, and we will reprint it or refund it at your choice. We cover return shipping where a return is needed.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including the two-year legal guarantee for goods under Lithuanian law.

8. Liability

Our parts are not certified for any particular use. They are not suitable for safety-critical, medical, load-bearing or food-contact applications unless you have agreed that with us in writing. You are responsible for checking that a part is fit for the purpose you use it for.

We are liable for loss or damage caused by our fault up to the value of the order concerned. This limit does not apply to death or personal injury, to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or where the law does not allow liability to be limited.

9. Complaints and disputes

If something is wrong, write to [email protected] with your order number and we will answer within five working days. We try to settle every complaint directly.

If you are a consumer and we cannot agree, you may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba, Vilniaus g. 25, Vilnius, www.vvtat.lt) or use the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr. Lithuanian law applies and the courts of Lithuania have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the protection you have under the law of your country of residence.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. The date at the top shows when this version was last changed.
